Network-based production instruction system in the production line.

Composed of on-site management PLCs that manage mechanical devices! Aims to reduce system burden and flexibly respond to scalability.

This product is a network-based production instruction system that comprehensively manages production instructions and equipment information at the production site. It consists of a server PC and a production management PC at a higher level, along with a site management PLC that manages the machinery. The PCs are connected via LAN, and the interface with the machinery is built through a network system using PLC. The network system and distributed processing make the control configuration easy to understand, reduce the burden on the system, and allow for flexible scalability. 【Features】 ■ Manufacturing instruction information is sent in bulk from the upper management PC system to the parts feeding equipment. ■ Parts feeding equipment located in multiple locations supplies different parts based on the manufacturing instruction information. ■ Machinery reads the manufacturing instruction information to operate and sends operational status and production data to the upper management PC. *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.
